The most Scottish shortbread in Scotland?

We are delighted to launch our new recipe Shortbread made with flour from Scotland The Bread who are reintroducing traditional wheat varieties in Fife and also milling them in Scotland. The variety we are currently using is Rouge d’Ecosse which hasn’t been grown in Scotland since the 19th century. We are sourcing this flour through GreenCity Wholefoods, a workers coop based in Glasgow. We are also using all Scottish butter from Graham’s Dairy in Bridge of Allen.

In these times of GM and mass produced, highly engineered food, this is a genuine antidote and its delicious!
