We are always looking for great team members to work at all levels in the café and we recognise that really great people are hard to find so we go to great lengths to attract and retain the right people.

By way of scene setting, read our Vision, Gospel and Rules of the Game. The Rules of the Game are not about what we do but rather how we do it and it is vital you genuinely buy into these if you want to work at the café.

Take a look at our geographical location. For some people Tyndrum is an ideal location to live and work as it is fabulous for outdoor activity, it is well connected to the major Cities including London by public transport, so although remote, not cut off. Additionally, there is very little over head as we have very reasonably priced staff accommodation or alternatively there are local authority and private lets available in the village and so potentially there are no commuting costs.
